    I have moved out of the area and continue all my prescriptions here. Varun and his team have been instrumental in ensuring I get the best medical care and on more than one occasion have discovered and corrected errors from doctors offices, once guiding me to emergency services which have saved my life. Varun has called me at home personally to check on my well being when he was concerned. This team goes above and beyond the standards of care I have received elsewhere and after transferring here several years ago. I will never change my pharmacy.

    Varun is an absolutely wonderful pharmacist, and does amazing work with his team, including Ryan, and Joy, to answer questions, explain any confusion, concerns, and give amazing support, and have given amazing support since he started there. He has, and does a wonderful job taking care of me, and my family, and does fantastic work checking in, asking how we are doing, and making me feel safe, seen and supported. I am so grateful to have him as my pharmist, and the rest of the team at Rexall is absolutely wonderful too.

    I've been to a few pharmacies, each with their own problems. But I am happy to share my wonderful experience at this one. I have been with this pharmacy for a while and it's a very good pharmacy. Staff are friendly, punctual, the manager at this location is amazing and she knows how to run the pharmacy properly. They treat customers with respect, dignity, and not all pharmacies are like this. The pharmacist lots of times fills my prescription before the store is open so that when I get there it's ready which they don't have to do. They go the extra mile for you, they deliver a level of customer service that is high and that's rare to come by these days. I finally found my pharmacy where I'm happy .

    Friendly and courteous staff who helped me get what I needed by phone and had it waiting for me at the checkout. I really appreciate this because I have mobility issues and had already been to another location that didn't have what I needed.

    Rexall has great staff both in store and in the pharmacy. I'm sad to see so many bad reviews knowing that everyone can have a bad day, and it sounds like there is a lot of entitlement. I usually go in to get my prescriptions from the pharmacy and Ryan, Varun, and the other pharmacy staff are extremely helpful, patient, and supportive. I've never had a bad experience at this Rexall.
